[Lowfer] wg2xsv to TX in WSQ2 mode on 630m tonight

WG2XSV will use WSQ2 in a quasi-beacon mode on 630m for an hour or so
Monday evening, probably after about 0300 utc.

I will intersperse a CW ID between the WSQ messages and several seconds of
RX-ing before resuming TX-ing. It is all done manually since there is no
beacon mode included (by design, it was to be a QSO mode).

The WSQ2 is receivable down to about -25 dB, and yet visible on the
waterfall lower than that, but the CW will only be heard by some in the
PNW.

Dial is USB 474.2 kHz with signal at +1000 to +1064 hz.  Thanks for any
