518 kHz Navtex signals were a bit better to the west overnight here on 
Jan 5.
Decoded messages from all 3 US west coast stations (area 12 C, Q, and W) 
and also one message from BC station H in Tofino. Propagation still 
favors the south over E-W. Many NDBs in Cuba are coming in well. Some 
like ULV on 287 kHz and UBR on 315 kHz are even making it through DGPS 
co-channel interference.
