[Lowfer] VLF signals

Good signals here from the 3 main alpha transmitters this morning. See 
those plus "RSDN F4" on Laurence's KL7L grabber. Don't see the signal 
presumably on 12.090773 kHz here. Perhaps it's off now or has a 
directive antenna aimed elsewhere. Also saw a burst on 21.1 kHz. In the 
evening that would be from one of the RLS transmitters but here in the 
morning signals come in from the Pacific so think it's RJS instead, 
located in Vladivostok. Can't see the signal on the KL7L grabber because 
its present tuning range doesn't go that high.
