Kurt,

I'm not sure what you mean, as the LWCA Message Board has had 
considerably more Hifer traffic over the years than this Lowfer 
reflector. There's some ancient history for this, as some folks once 
felt that the Lowfer reflector should not include HF operation. The LWCA 
Message Board (and an earlier reflector of its own), filled that void, 
and continues to do so. There's no sign-up for the Message Board, is 
accessible from any browser, and it's not subject to the vagaries of 
email/blacklisting/etc.

I'd certainly encourage everyone to continue to use both.
