[Lowfer] WM

Mike, it's always great to copy a lowfer and yours was in strongly
around local sunrise this morning. But I'll offer a few comments that I
think would improve it's readability.

I think the FSK "WM" adds unnecessary clutter and simple QRSS30 would be
better. Despite a rather strong signal this morning (visible at rate
QRSS3), the visual "WM" does not stand out well on my captures. It seems
to be composed of frequency steps that are too large and infrequent. Not
sure what control you have with the Ultimate3S but hopefully there's a
way to make the frequency steps smaller and more frequent so the
resulting waveform is smoother. What I'm seeing currently looks like the
up and down beginning and end lines for both "M" and "W" only have 3 or
4 discrete frequency steps.

But of course WM is at least transmitting. SIW is QRT for lightning
damage repairs. So far Bob, NK9M has confirmed that the synthesizer,
which was feared dead, is okay. So it looks like perhaps the PA FET
needs replacement. Hope to be QRV again shortly.
