[Lowfer] XPQ WSPR15 on 137/475 for the night

Okay Laurence, that's what I used since I saw the decodes of VE7BDQ and 
that would let me decode the usual wspr2 transmissions on both bands. 
Not surprisingly I found no wspr-15 decodes of WE2XPQ when I checked in 
the morning but it was worth a try.
