[Lowfer] LF and VLF signals over night

Propagation has been generally weak the last two nights but this morning
around local sunrise the 3 Alpha VLF transmitters came in the best since
last winter. Also, when 474.2 kHz decodes were checked receptions of
VA7MM and WH2XCR were noted, along with higher than usual activity.
Unfortunately, that included a couple bogus calls (WH2XFA and WH2XX).
518 kHz Navtex decodes were just the usual cast of characters. Nice to
see area 12, station Q in Long Beach doing so well.
