[Lowfer] 2200m WSPR plus lowfer WM

[Garry]

JD and John, as you've probably seen WH2XND is back on the air with 
daytime decodes out west. But lowfer WM went off the air around 10 am 
this morning and is still missing. Did see SIW switch back to QRSS from 
WSPR okay at local noon.
