[Lowfer] Lowfer watering hole

In addition to nearby WM, lowfer SJ made a good showing here overnight. 
In the evening it was drifting downward, then jumping in frequency, but 
after midnight it was stable. Based on WG2XKA WSPR-2 SNRs on 474.2 kHz, 
condtions should have been pretty good to New England but best I could 
do with TAG was to make out occasional characters. In retrospect, using 
QRSS60 might have helped.
