[Lowfer] WM Lowfer beacon change

Thanks for the capture Mike. I agree it is not a positive id, but I am 
convinced you are seeing WM.  I need to re-position the loop today to 
get the vertical sections further away from some tree limbs. That might 
have a small impact on the signal level.

I am happy to get that result on the first night! Thanks for listening.
