[Lowfer] Midday T/C decodes of WH2XND on 137kHz

JD: Fine Business on your daylight XND captures. I've had similar issues
with carriers interfering with DK7FC and WH2XCR on 630m. The carriers that
are an issue here move around over time, so eventually I get DX signals in
the clear. Patience seems to be an asset in that regard....
