[Lowfer] Midday T/C decodes of WH2XND on 137kHz

Beautiful signal from XND on Argo here in SE Kansas from mid to late 
afternoon, but only three decodes in an hour and a half, almost cetainly due 
to the strong carrier less than 2 Hz below the bottom edge of the WSPR 
signal.
