It is very gratifying to see that nearly 50 people have accessed the filings 
at http://lwca.org/Docket15-99 since we created the index page on Thursday 
morning.  (The count is over 60, but the first dozen hits were me, testing 
and debugging the page.)  I don't know how many visited Wednesday evening 
before the page was ready.

Although it's a tiny number by commercial Web standards, I take it as a sure 
sign of amateur interest in the bands.  We can be reasonably confident it 
was everyday hams accessing the files, because the high priced corporate 
lawyers aren't going to be working over a holiday weekend...and they 
probably had plenty of lackeys on watch to retrieve them before the shutdown 
anyway.

I hope that interest will continue unabated all the way to the end of the 
reply period on the 30th.  Feel free to let other interested parties know 
about the link.
