[Lowfer] More MP

Today I got an earlier start, with MP solid most of the morning.  Alas, it 
was gone before solar noon, but this time it's from increased static levels. 
There are more big storms back East today, but they're not close enough to 
account for the levels I'm seeing.  It's also not mainly intermittent 
crashes like yesterday, but is more of a continuous crackling.  We have a 
lot of cumulus clouds today...I have to wonder if they're carrying a lot of 
charge, despite not being very big.
