[Lowfer] More MP

Mitch, A question regarding copying Bill - WM. What band/frequency were 
you receiving him on?   I can assume 185.3, but would like to know for 
sure.  I believe he did some loop experiments on MF also.

I am working to get WM Lowfer back on for the season, my current 
installation has presented some "infantile" failures so it's off at the 
moment.
