[Lowfer] Sort of OT - Is this a mangled antenna

My two guesses, 1) Overhead power cables for railway traction supply. In UK
they use 25 kV and to keep the pick-up wire the same height above the track,
they use a catenary wire with droppers to the pick-up wire. I have seen the
tension insulators in use here in UK.
That said, 2) There is something that does not fit with railways... In
particular the bottom 25% of the picture. Those T shaped masts and the
lattice mast on the left. If antenna related, I would guess at shortwave
broadcast.
So my best guess would be a broadcast facility near to a railway line!

What is it ?? I scrolled across this on facebook today.. Is it a mangled
antenna, or
mangled powerlines ?? The picture had overlaid text that had nothing to do
with antenna's..
It just has my curiousity up as to what it is.. Any comments ??
