[Lowfer] Sort of OT - Is this a mangled antenna

Andy:

It looks just like the overhead power over train tracks.  They have those
periodic vertical wires from a support wire to a lower solid conductor
that the mechanism on the train contacts.  Philadelphia¹s SEPTA system has
that kind of overhead wiring all over the place since they have an
extensive regional rail system.
