[Lowfer] morning VLF signals

Nice propagation here this cold (28 deg) morning. Seeing NWC, 19.8 kHz 
from Australia as strong as NPM, 21.4 kHz, HI. JJI, 22.2 kHz from Japan 
is in there as well, along with the big 3 USA mainland transmitters. 
Interestingly, DHO38, 23.4 kHz from Germany is as strong as it has been 
lately in the evening. RDL, 21.1 kHz from European Russia pulses on 
occasionally but isn't on in the attached capture (excuse the 60 Hz 
picket fence; common-mode chokes don't prevent it).
