[Lowfer] wg2xsv is beaconing a FELD HELL signal tonight

If ur USB dial is set to 474.200 kHz, you might see my HELL signal at
+900hz on ur waterfall.
If so, try decoding it with a Feld Hellschrieber program. FLdigi and many
others have this mode. They can run simultaneously with wspr or wsjtx on ur
puters.

Power is set to my usual 1w ERP, altho' my FWD power meter hardly swings
more than 1/3 of the way up the scale. This is typical of Hellschreiber
with its short bursts.

Interested in how wide the signal is on ur screens. I am pretty sure it
will not disturb any part of the wspr band on 630m.
