JD, sorry about the switch time. The controller knows nothing of 
daylight/standard switching times. Since I started the lowfer under CDT 
conditions, that's how the clock was set. Unless the clock is reset to 
CST the switch time will be 1900Z rather than 1800Z, as you found. It 
will probably stay that way unless the beacon runs into trouble, in 
which case it will be convenient to set the timer to CST. If that 
happens I'll let you know.
