[Lowfer] Lowfer watering hole

Signals have been poor for several days here, presumably due to 
thunderstorm racket. Temperatures dropped over night and that may have 
helped since daytime WM is coming in well this morning. Overnight quite 
a few 474.2 kHz WSPR stations were decoded, but SNRs were well below 
what had been normal. Same for 518 kHz Navtex - no west coast decodes at 
all.
