[Lowfer] NDB GPI

Poor conditions continue here with nothing exciting copied on 474.2 kHz 
WSPR or 518 kHz Navtex. NDB activity is also down but NDB GPI on 309 kHz 
in Columbia continues to comes in well on a 2803 mile path. A 
correlation spectrum is attached. Also, the marathon QRSS60 transmission 
session by W4DEX on 137 kHz continues.
