[Lowfer] AK on 518 kHz Navtex

JB, west coast station W in Astoria was good here too (11 messages 
decoded between 1140 and 1151Z; 10 messages in the 0740Z transmission 
slot; and 9 messages in the 0340Z slot). Also decoded two messages from 
Long Beach, area 12, station Q around 1051Z. Interestingly, no decodes 
from area 12, station C in San Francisco or either of the two BC stations.

But the big surprise was 4 messages decoded from area 12, station J in 
Kodiak, AK in the 0930Z transmission slot. Unfortunately, I didn't 
monitor 474.2 kHz WSPR last night so might have missed WE2XPQ. But I 
only see brief VE7 detections reported around 0558Z and receptions by 
KL7L are from just usual west coast stations.
