[Lowfer] 137 kHz signals

Garry: Thanks for report - had another intermittent show up when the
temperature hit -25C again.... but nothing since, so looks like it has been
temperature related, and maybe I should check some of those high voltage
fixed capacitors in the tuner. they are pretty old, and could have frozen
quite nicely - below zero (F) for pas month. Today only about  -5C so looks
like Spring is finally on the way from Illinois.
