[Lowfer] 137 kHz signals

Garry: RD and GN appear to be antenna designators from the various prior 
e-mails Joe has sent out to the blacksheep list.  Odd though because Joe's 
comment for yesterday's
transmission was that he was using the "RL" antenna vs "RD" antenna....see 
below....

In the past I had assumed the same thing about GN being a grid designator 
but that does not seem to be the case from other prior e-mails from VO1NA 
where it has been referred to as an antenna designator....

"Hi Joe and thank-you for the report.  The old 100m wire was in
use last night and Mother Nature has been merciful, except for
the deep snow and intense cold.  Today the RL was raised and tuned despite
the challenges MN posed.  The Decca is now running on all 3 mods with 3.2 RF
amps (this seems a bit low).  The RL aerial should have a better pattern
to the west so if you're in NA trying to copy, now's your chance (until MN
strikes again!)
