Garry,
I haven't seen anything on-line that indicates more than the NJ site,
but I guess it's possible. The daytime signal here consists of two pulse
trains, the first consisting of 8 pulses, a gap, and the "master" pulse.
The second consists of 9 pulses. My understanding is that the 9th pulse
timing conveys the digital information.
What I need to do is to look at night, and see if any other pulse trains
are visible.
