[Lowfer] Lowfers

Perhaps the winter storm in the NE has been hard on lowfers. Only see 
EAR here today. Nothing noted from WM, but did see one isolated "dash" 
from MP. Haven't looked for MLS; perhaps it's running fine. My lowfer 
switched to the watering hole around 1800Z and seems to be sending 
QRSS30/QRSS60 okay.
