[Lowfer] ARGO won't stay calibrated

I can attest to what Garry said about the pointer action in Windows 7.  It 
seems the OS wants to anticipate your next move, and makes unwarranted 
assumptions about when to do it!  As a result, it sometimes "grabs" the 
frequency scale while I'm moving the cursor over the display window, so I 
have to carefully dodge the active area of Argo.  I can also attest I've 
never had this with XP, though.

Andy, are all three of your versions of Argo located in separate 
directories?  I'm assuming this to be so, but it's probably worth being sure 
about.
