[Lowfer] Daytime DGPS

313 kHz, Garland  (Billings), Montana has been decoding here all day on 
a 1473 km path. Interesting that DGPS often comes in from over 1000 km 
in the daytime but Navtex stations like area 4, P at 728 km and H at 663 
km generally don't even produce visible traces on the spec lab 
waterfall, much less actually decode any messages.
