[Lowfer] DK7FC 136.172 DFCW alert

Jay & All:  DK7FC starting to remain above the noise now. Past few 136.172 
runs DK7FC has risen above the noise about 0230 UTC in EN90xn.  Same time 
line this evening for the T/A path.  Occasional dashes have been observed 
every 20~30 minutes since about 2315UTC here....

Rather surprising considering the present A & K index levels....perhaps the 
new antenna transformers, 9th order 300kHz LPF, and improved converter B+ 
chokes & bypassing
