[Lowfer] WM in EN90xn

Laurence: My modest prior experience with 630~1750~2200m it seems that on 
the onset of a solar event that LF/MF enhancement is possible---but much 
less likely the next day.  Perhaps it takes some time to charge up the 
planetary "flux capacitor" ~:)

On the other side of the event it also seems like some enhancement occurs as 
(or after)  the iono energy subsides.....

Just an intuitive observation....
