[Lowfer] WM in EN90xn

Interesting Mike - the conditions have been odd this evening - Im getting K>4 warnings here yet DCF39 Utility station was pretty strong (and still is) coming in over the Pole  on 138.8305 ish, sadly No Eu stations seen as of yet...  what an odd band this is
