Another good night here for Navtex decodes. Area 4 decodes included
stations A,B,C,E,G,H,I,M,N,P,U,and X; area 12 decodes includes C and W
(perhaps Q is down - it usually comes in here well); and the big
surprise was 7 short garbled messages around 0435Z from area 15 station
D in Puerto Montt, Chile.
There seems to be a pipeline to Puerto Montt from here since the last
couple weeks it's been copied three other times. But those messages all
signed with the letter "K". Last night the letter "D" was signed and the
text was in English. There are two transmitters at the same QTH and both
are assigned the ID "CBP", a situation similar to Kodiak, AK where
transmitters "J" and "X" are co-located.
