[Lowfer] Mid-day WM sighting

Mike, impressive daytime copy. Prompted me to look and I see WM as 
strong as I can recall. It's to my South along with my nearby lowfer. In 
the attachment made at 2320Z (local sunset) I switched the frequency to 
pick up MLS, which is to my East (your direction).

Hope this bodes well for 136 kHz tonight. I see Stefan is already QRV. 
But looking at my East DGPS references, I don't yet copy 288 kHz NL and 
only barely see 316 kHz in Maine.
