[Lowfer] WM in EN90xn

OK Mike, I had a few other short traces overnite, but nothing real solid. 
Right now I just decided to turn off the 24V DC supply to the RAY6 based LF 
converter and run
on a pair of 17AH gel cells. It will be interesting to see if I can tell a 
background noise difference.  The 24V DC supply on the AC mains looks quiet 
on an O-scope, but range is limited to low millivolts for measurement 
purposes vs microvolts....and the nearby (4.5mi)  50KW station can put a 
detectable signal on a few inches of wire here....

See what happens.....
