[Lowfer] Fw: Unlicensed HiFer band operation

U.S. HiFERs have been working with this kit over the past year, according to 
posts on the LW Message Board ( http://lwca.org/mb/ ). The most successful 
has probably been WM.  Mike can attest that frequency stability has been an 
issue, but after considerable work he's achieved excellent results. 
Attached is a capture from this afternoon after the path from Illinois 
finally opened to SE Kansas, depicting the six and a half minute 
transmission sequence that began at 3:11 PM CST (2111 UTC).  The fuzzy patch 
following the fourth repetition of "WM" in FSK is the CW ID.
