[Lowfer] Doppler spread to AK

Don't know what's happening to 474.2 kHz WSPR or 137 kHz QRSS signals, 
but my MEPT beacon on 10 MHz is spread out like an aurora buzz signal on 
VHF. Meanwhile, WF1A in NM is showing up normally and I think VE7BDQ has 
begun to appear on the grabber at http://kl7l.com/Alaska.html.
