[Lowfer] Overnight signals to EN52, NE IL

Not too noisy here last night so NDB GPI in Columbia was in here fine on
309 kHz. USB is +403 Hz with a repeat cycle of 8.36 seconds. DDP in
Puerto Rico on 391 kHz comes through year-round, but stations like GPI,
CBC, etc. are hard to get in the summer so looks like conditions are
picking up.

474.2 kHz WSPR decodes were notably absent from the NW, just a single
one for WH2XGP and nothing for VE7BDQ and WG2XSV. But WH2XND to the SW
was fine and WG2XXM is approaching winter best SNR. Strange that
WD2XSH/15 doesn't decode under those conditions.

See an indication of something on 29.5 kHz on Laurence's VLF grabber at
http://kl7l.com/Alaska.html. WH2XBA/1 and /4 operated there some time
ago. Does anyone know if someone is again QRV?
