Dex,

Confirmed the other two signals last night, one at -0.46 Hz (Norway) and 
+0.16 Hz (Romania). The main signal at +0.01 Hz continues, with multiple 
fades. The first really complete fade was at 1030Z, following a gradual 
tail-off starting around 0800.

Just a thought...taking my head out of the milliHertz environment, I 
have not heard one bit of amplitude-modulated audio in all of this. I'd 
humbly suggest that the 0.01 Hz signal is a dead carrier.
