I will run a plot overnight looking at Algeria, Romania and Norway per 
the frequency offset info provide by Mauno Ritola on the mwoffsets yahoo 
group:

Mauno's information has proven to be very accurate so I feel sure we're 
seeing Algeria at night just a driblet above 183 kHz.  Still not 
convinced the daytime signal on or extremely close to the same frequency 
is from Algeria.
