[Lowfer] 153 khz

I'm pretty sure that the daytime signal is dead on frequency. Will look 
at the Algerian version tonight. The carrier dropped out for a while 
around 1910Z. It's 35 dB out of the noise right now, and audible in a 
250 Hz BW.
