So the mystery continues.  I haven't calibrated to make an exact 
frequency measurement but I also see a slight difference between the two 
signals.  Algeria is the strongest signal here.  If I understand what 
you said you see the opposite?  I've adjusted the SpecLab plot to show a 
full day:
