[Lowfer] WH2XIL - Another Try

Thanks for the report John - just keeps chugging away and not too sure it's
of much interest now with the more sophisticated modes floating around.
Can't do much listening with it running so have not been able to join in on
reporting of the new modes. Possibly change this Winter.
