[Lowfer] WH2XIL - Another Try

Most welcome! I've been back to the field this morning and noise is
even lower than yesterday afternoon, but apparently I'm only seeing
broken bits and pieces of XIL during the daylight hours.

I switched to MP at 2200 m during the noon hour, CDT, and am getting
Mitch's usual signal here in Kansas. Don't know how long the low QRN
will last, as we're supposed to see a return to rain chances this
evening.

In between LF signals, I took a look at HiFERs and caught NC, EH, both
SIWs for a time (with EH right on top of the upward slant), USC, MTI,
PBJ, GNK,and FRC. The watering hole Big Three (NC, EH, USC) were
pretty consistent. The others experienced wide ranging QSB, but were
very solid at times. Captures on the LW Message Board some time this
evening.

John
