[Lowfer] Friendsville Grabber on 185.300 KHz

Using QRSS-60, and have an 11 Hz window from 185.295 to 185.306 KHz..
Grabber uploads a fresh page every 15 minutes on the Quarter hour..

Did a quick job of ground lug cleaning, and retightening outside just before
dark.. I'll see whether or not it really helps the noise as the night goes on..
SWBC signal are very weak, but it is still early evening..
Looking forward to whomever shows up tonite in my window..
