[Lowfer] Friendsville Grabber watching lowFER Watering Hole now

Hi Andy,

       I can fire up WH2XIL in the 185kHz watering hole, I see you are 
monitoring 185.295 to about 185.303 or so... is there an open slot in 
there where I can fire up without QRMing the Part 15 guys?
