Hi Garry: Well I know that the tree antenna setup " can " hear at LF, not the best
but for an almost nothing antenna system; it does work... hi - hi
I found a few " loose connections " yesterday that was creating the noise I was
getting on LF.. After wiggling, and jiggling, and tightening, the noise dropped to
normal levels for the time being at least.. Reception of SIW in QRSS was sharp
when the band opened up to me..I'll try the slant code again.. should be better..
Conditions do seem to be extra poor here at the solar peak, which was expected..
Thanks for the lowFER signal, and 73 OM :

Andy, saw a nice sunrise peak of my
lowfer on your grabber. Thanks for
looking. Conditions still not great here but good enough to
decode the
west coast on 474.2 kHz WSPR and the three US Navtex
stations there on
518 kHz (C, Q, and W).
