Garry & All: Try closer to 186.200.  My cal was off so I went by EAR's usual 
188.83+ to verify and adjust and then QSYd to 186.204
 at QRSS 20 and had an "L" captured around 188.200 kHz.  I had my IF radios 
off all day so it will take a few hours for them to settle in.
Later in the evening I should have a more accurate freq.  Perhaps still an 
hour to try daylight conditions....
