[Lowfer] TACAMO on 27.2 kHz

I have too and on my grabber 17.9 looks to be more 17.8 and 22.6 looks
to be more 22.7. Frequency lists typically show 17.8 and 22.7 so I have
adopted. I must take a bit of time of check the calibration my calibration.
The question then is, what are we considering the "frequency" - the
center between MARK and SPACE of the various FSK/MSK transmissions or
the MARK or the SPACE frequency
