[Lowfer] VO1NA in EN90xn

Mike, your report spurred me to listen for VO1NA last night with an 
eprobe/sdr-iq/ARGO at QRSS60. Found some signal throughout the night, 
but not above the noise long enough to catch a callsign, just occasional 
letters. Attached is perhaps the best screen capture. Seems like "RN" 
was sent after the callsign but not sure why.
